AMERICAN JEANS FOR LIVERPOOL
Branded designer jean retailer DKNY have taken a new 4,000 sq ft store in Alanis’s Met Quarter development due to open in March 2008. The first major brand to be secured by the new owners is regarded as a coup in view of the stiff leasing competition from Grosvenor’s Liverpool One. Commenting on the letting Victoria Broadhead, Associate Director of MVG stated “Orthet who operate Armani in the UK have already been experiencing tremendous trading success with Armani Exchange in The Met Quarter and therefore it was a logical location for them to bring DKNY (who also operate in the UK) to The Met. Alanis are following Milligan RRI’s strong commitment to a very focused and sustainable tenant mix philosophy advised by MVG.”
